1. These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Academy Wear UK Ltd. By ordering goods from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.
      • 1.1 All content of this website is our property or that of our content suppliers and is, unless otherwise stated, protected by copyright.
      • 1.2 All trade marks or logos shown on our website are ours or those of our suppliers. Unless prior written consent is given we do not grant the use of them.
      • 1.3 Appropriate legal action will be taken should there be an infringement of our rights.
      During the registration procedure you will select your own individual user name and password which will be used to gain access to your account and orders. It is your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality and proper use of your username, password and account. Also restricting access to your computer.

      • 2.1 If you believe that an unauthorised person knows your username or password, you must notify us immediately.
      • 2.2 If we suspect improper use or unauthorised use of your account we reserve the right to refuse service or terminate.
      • 2.3 We will not be liable for any losses you suffer as a result of unauthorised access to your account or a breach of security.

      All product descriptions are intended to present a general idea of the goods being sold by us. Whilst every care is taken by us to ensure that the description and specification of our goods are correct at the time of publication, due to the limitations of photography, browser software and other factors beyond our control, colour of goods you receive may differ slightly. If you are, in any way, dissatisfied with any of our products received by you, you may return these in accordance with our returns policy

      • 3.1 Price and availability of products are identified on the relevant page.
      • 3.2 Great care is taken to ensure that the information given on our website as to availability and prices are correct. If however goods are unavailable or we need to amend prices due to errors or omissions, we shall notify you by email and give you the opportunity to either accept the order or cancel the order.
    4. PAYMENT
      • 4.1 We accept all credit and debits cards.
      • 4.2 Payment will only be deducted when goods are despatched to you.
      • 4.3 Ownership of the goods will only pass to yourself once full payment has been received.
      • 5.1 Orders of multiple items will be made in instalments if an item is out of stock. If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment.
      • 5.2 Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they have been delivered.
      • 5.3 Deliveries are made by either weekly despatch to your nominated Academy, if you are part of the Emmanuel Schools Foundation group, or by UK Mail which are based on an independant flat rate which will be automatically added at the checkout. This postage charge is non refundable. Postage and packaging costs are Free of Charge for all orders over £50.00
      • 5.4 Delivery will only be made to the cardholder’s registered address which may need to be verified before despatch. We will NOT in any circumstances deliver to any other address.
      • 6.1 Every effort has been made to ensure the goods correspond to our description of them on the website.
      • 6.2 Examination of the goods should be done as reasonably possible after delivery and notification to us of any defects as soon as possible after discovery.
      • 7.1 Providing the purchase of goods are not for business purposes, we are responsible for loss caused by:-
        • 7.1.1 the goods not matching our description of them
        • 7.1.2 the goods not being of the quality you would expect
        • 7.1.3 the goods not being for the purpose as described on the website
      • 7.2 We will not accept liability for any losses that are suffered by you as a result of any breach of our agreement, in particular, since the goods are supplied to you as a consumer, we will not accept responsibility for any losses related to any business of yours such as lost data, loss of profits or other business loss that you may incur as a result of any breach of our agreement.
    8. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCELIf for any reason you are unhappy with any of the goods received, you may return them to us in accordance with our returns policy.
